Is it necessary to reserve?
Yes. In order for us to organize our tours in the best possible way, it's important that we work with a pre-booking system.

How many people are in the groups?
At Olhão Walking Tours, we believe that for a positive experience, the group size shouldn't be too large. The maximum number of visitors per tour is 15, but as a general rule, tours are conducted with fewer people.

In what languages are the tours conducted?
The base language of the Tours is English, but for Portuguese or Spanish participants who do not speak English, simultaneous translation is provided.

What happens if the weather is bad?
If the weather does not allow the Tour to take place, participants will be notified before the scheduled time and a full refund of the amount paid will be made.

How long are the tours?
The estimated duration of the Tour is 1h30m, however depending on the degree of interaction and number of questions asked by participants, this duration may be slightly longer or shorter.

How difficult is the Tour route?
The route is easy. It is completely flat. The total distance is approximately 1,500m.

Is the route circular?
No. It starts at the Olhão Igreja Matriz and ends in front of the Caique Bom Sucesso. However, the return journey is very short. About 300 meters.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. You can cancel up to 24 hours before the Tour and receive a full refund.
