3. Cancellations and Refunds
a) Cancellation by the customer
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event date will be fully refunded.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance do not qualify for a refund.

To cancel, you must contact us using the email address provided when booking.

b) Cancellation by Olhão Walking Tours
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event in situations such as:

Adverse weather conditions;

Security reasons;

Occurrence of unforeseen situations or force majeure;

In these cases, the following will be offered:

Full refund of the amount paid;

Or, if the customer prefers, reschedule the experience on another available date.

4. Prices
All prices indicated on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include all legally applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the applicable prices are those in effect at the time of booking.

5. Responsibility

Delays, cancellations or changes beyond your direct control

Damages or losses resulting from actions of third parties or improper behavior of participants;

Participants must follow the guides' instructions during activities.
